BBC Radio "Uncle Mort" Series

Although the theme music includes a tuba, I'm more interested to learn the name of the melody and the brass band playing it on the Beeb's 90's "Uncle Mort" series ("South Country", "North Country" and "Celtic Fringe") by Peter Tinniswood.
