Bill Bell was with the NBC Symphony only when it first began in 1937 and only stayed about three or four years. I don't know who was there after that.
I doubt your recording is that old. Most of the records I remember seeing for sale were from between 1952 and 1954. The orchestra disbanded in 1954 and Toscannini died three years later.
