Anyone know who is playing tuba on the Bruckner Symphony No. 8/ Boulez with the Vienna Philharmonic DVD? Its not Paul Halwax or Walter Hilgers. I don't recognize the guy. Playing a Fafner , and he sounds pretty good. although this recording is too damn fast, and the engineeres got a bit too nitpicky on some tuttis.
Also Mahler Symphony No.2/ Berlin Staatskapelle Boulez. Who is playing on this? Fantastic playing on here. One of the best Mahler 2nd's I have ever heard.
