Symphonie Fantastique/Carnaval romain, Orchestra de Paris

This is a 1993 CD of the pieces Symphonie Fantastique and Le carnaval romain, played by Orchestre de Paris and conducted by Semyon Bychkov. Tubas sound pretty good, as do the whole orchestra. Any clues?
