Cage's "Concert for Piano and Orchestra"/Ensemble Modern

Does anyone know who played tuba on the Ensemble Modern's recording with David Tudor of John Cage's "Concert for Piano and Orchestra"? The recording is in a CD along with the pieces "Concerto for Prepared Piano and Orchestra" and "Fourteen", performed by Stephen Drury and the Callithumpian Consort, out on Mode Records. I believe the release date was 1997. Any help would be appreciated!
