well sort of, the local AM morning DJ played the Duelling Tubas recording with someone playing tuba and then someone else playing a garden hose tuba he affectionately called the "sewerphone"
Anyone know who these two guys were? Cute recording and an awesome tuba player. he sounded great even on my crappy AM car radio!

Re: duelling tubas
The original "Dueling Tubas" was from Martin Mull and His Fabulous Furniture LP from 1973.
http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=am ... fwxq9hldte with Red Callender on tuba and David Duke (not the right wing politician) on French Horn.
calling the DJ rarely works anymore unless it is a non-commercial, non PBS station (I have been in non-com radio broadcasting for 25+ years...)
