I saw this for the first time this past weekend and was just curious who might have played tuba on this. It was nothing dazzling, but sparked my curiosity.
Have a look/listen yourself: Tuba Tooter
BTW, these first Tom & Jerry's were just a couple of goofy guys...not the famous cat and mouse we have grown accustomed to.

Before they were anyone, they were a really noxious drink. In my bartending days I made a few. Definitely an aquired taste.

That cartoon is hilarious I love those old cartoons, they are so much better than the crap we have today.

Just remember that The Simpsons look the way they do because of a fine Sousaphone player - David Silverman.tooba wrote:That cartoon is hilarious I love those old cartoons, they are so much better than the crap we have today.
And what about "Ren & Stimpy," "South Park," "Invader Zim," and all those great Jay Ward cartoons? I like the classics too, I just think there are some interesting new and "post classic period" cartoons.
And a lot of cr@p!
