Who is this tubist? (Berlin Phil)

I just watched a video of the Berlin Philharmonic performing Shostakovich's 4th Symphony, which has two tuba parts. In the first chair is a tubist that I don't recognize, and Alexander von Puttkamer is in the second chair spot. Would anyone know who the first chair tubist is? Here's the video in question: there's a decent shot of the tuba player from above at around the 1:45 mark.

And here are some screenshots.

That is Paul Humpel.

Alexander Von Puttkamer's predecessor in the Berlin Philharmonic

That 3rd silver trumpet has 3 keys/triggers/whatever for his right pinkie (2:38)!

Not unusual on some German trumpets to be able to play in tune.

I have seen that type of stand a few times out here. I have noticed that many German players will switch between their F and BBb tubas a lot during a performance. Always fun to watch.
