Who is (or is not) playing Sousaphone in this German film

http://youtu.be/auUuoSbkVBg 1957 Albert Nicholas on clarinet - the film is named: "Die Grosse Chance"

I have no idea if the Sousaphone part is faked or not...

It's as fake as fake can be. There's no tuba in any key that could play the tune being heard by alternating 1st valve, 2nd valve over and over.

I was watching the clip on my phone so I didn't see that. Any idea of the fake player's name? Or who was really playing the part?
