http://www.imdb.com (Internet Movie/TV Database ) is probably the most complete site - you can expand the cast and crew listing quite a lot. Musicians are not always listed, even if they have an on-camera role! AFAIK There isn't a comperable soundtrack database, but http://www.soundtrackcollector.com/ isn't bad.
There is also a movie/TV database for vehicles (if you are a car nut...)
