Tennstedt/Lodon Phil./ Wagner?

This should be easy, but it isn't for me. Great video from a Suntory Hall concert in 1988: Klaus Tennstedt conducting an all-Wagner concert. There is a young (at the time) tubist playing a big Eb very nicely. Who is it?
