Father Goose - 1964

I'm just watching the Cary Grant movie "Father Goose" and noticed that they often use tuba to play the music behind Grant's grumpy scenes. Any idea who that would have been. The soundtrack music is credited to Cy Coleman - because he is an American I assume the movie was made in the USA.

My guess is Tommy Johnson (who was my teacher at UCLA), based on tone and era.
