May just be some dude holding the horn and dancing around. Acoustically, it sure sounds like a synth.

The tuba player is Claude Kashnig. All three of the musicians here (Dan Witucki on the concertina and Ty Baden on the drums) all worked at Disney World in EPCOT playing with the German Band in the Germany pavilion for years.

Claude still teaches quite a bit in Orlando and I believe he plays with the Brevard Symphony and does some repair work as well.

All of them were playing in the video, but the majority of it was dubbed in post production for whatever reason. If you want to hear him actually play (or all of them) just search for the Heimatland Musikanten (which is Dan Witucki's main group) on YouTube or Google. They've made several CD's and there are a handful of videos of them online from various performances they've given.

Claude has also performed with groups at Universal Studios and Sea World for those of you who are curious and there is a short little interview with Claude that was posted through the Brevard Symphony's Facebook page.
