I played in this orchestra in 2003 and 2004. The Gottschalk thing we played isn't on this CD though. I think it was one of Rosenberg's arrangements of a piano piece. The only thing I remember recording while I was there was the "Symphony Sam" theme song....

The painting they chose for the backdrop of this soundtrack reminds me of the mural in the lobby of the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs Arkansas.
I'm confident it is supposed to or that is not a coincidence.
Hot Springs is a neat town, especially when the track is open.
Now I have another reason to go back!!
