I just viewed the Incredibles bonus disk as well this past weekend. It looked to me like the tubist nearest the camera was Tommy Johnson. I didn't recognize the other player. I did a search on TubeNet for the Incredibles, but came up empty.
Any comments, Mellowsmokeman? I'll bet you can tell us who they both were (if you've seen the video.)

The tuba/Cimbasso players (Cimbassits?) were Tommy Johnson, John Van Houten and me (for one day).

I checked this out on my DVD, its a lot of great brass shots in general. Esp. the tubas and low brass, the french horns are scary good in this music.

The woodwinds for the score were scary good as well. I believe one of the saxes doubled on flute and oboe, another doubled on bass clarinet and bassoon, and another on clarinet. So all the woodwind family was covered by a big band sax section.
