Solo - A Star wars story - who blew?
Been obsessing over this recording for a couple of weeks. Some very fine brass playing all around, particularly on the track "Reminiscence Therapy". All that I've been able to find is that it was a recording studio in LA. Anybody also know who the lead trumpet player is as well?

If I'm not mistaken, this was done at Abbey Road Studios in London, not LA. This video would confirm that...

Mark Templeton on 2nd trom and Lyndon Meredith on 4th are quite easy to recognise, though I don't know him, could be David Whitehouse on 3rd - too grainy a photo to see that properly. No idea of 1st trom. That would make Lee Tsamarklis a rather obvious one to look out for on tuba - same sort of build, I've seen him with a big piston, silverplated CC before. The frosted silver imperial (15" if my eyes don't deceive me) on the floor is another matter. I don't think I've seen Lee with one, that's far from a definite though. Another London based player with a similar build and similar instrumentarium would be Ben Thomson. Your guess is as good as mine beyond that
