Mike used his Yamaha 621F when I saw him perform Pictures in, I think, '99. At that time he also had a Rudy F and a Shillke, 5 piston valve F that he used almost solely for Petrushka. I saw a recent picture of him with what looks like a MW 45SLP. Maybe Andy can confirm that last bit.
