Does it really surprise you? Americans love everything over-the-top. It's a shame that there are musicians making GOOD music in these genres that are being ignored because they choose not to "take it to the extreme".

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
