Unfortunately, Symphony boards have been using hardball negotiation tactics for decades, so now it's really hard to tell who's calling "wolf!" :roll:
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Interesting...... the Chicago Symphony's new piccolo player just came up from the Louisville Orch beginning of last year.
