Post by DavidJMills »

Seeking recommendations for repertoire for the opening concert for a new organ.Should be 4hns/3trpts/3bones/tuba/timp/2perc, perhaps added harp and 4th trpt.plus organ. Thanks, DaveMills-45slp(what else do you need)

Anthem Works has some really nice hymn arrangements for brass quintet, percussion, and organ. See: http://www.anthemworkspress.com

Keystone Celebration by John Cheetham is a nice work that fits this description.

I would recommend contacting Milt Stevens. The Washington Symphonic Brass has done a couple of recordings with organ. I'm certain that Milt would have some good advice!

Good luck!
