That's the Armed Forces Medley by Tom Knox, the former arranger for the band who passed away recently. We play it at every tour concert and many other times throughout the year. It's in manuscript, I don't know if it's published, you might scour the website(www.marineband.usmc.mil) to see if you can email the USMB library about this. I'll ask next time I'm in there and post further if it is.
