Good question (so I'm following up for a bump.) I have never read anything about a 60C4 either, and just by inference it sounds like it might be awfully small. Could your mouthpiece be actually the common 67C4?
In any case, if you want a moderate size mouthpiece with a deeper cup and open throat, the 66D4 looks like just that.
