7XX series horns are not compensating, and are usually considered beginner to midline horns. Granted, it is a very clean example; probably a little high if your price quoted was in equivalent US$. Then again, I'm from the Midwest, and I think everything but my Besson tuba ($401 to get it home off eBay) costs too much.
