Among others Rick Denney and I have written quite a bit on this brand. Most of it may have happened on the old TubeNet.
Musica is a name, which cannot be trademarked, so it has been used by several makers of all sorts of instruments.
The best search word for old threads will be Steyr.
I cannot speak for Rick, but I am way behind on writing on other topics, so please accept the not so popular reference to search the archives. What was written still stands.

Note especially the post about Musica (in Steyr) being an office and not a factory. The instrument could be either a Cerveny/Amati or a VMI, depending on who Musica was relabeling at the time.
Rick "whose Musica F tuba was definitely a Cerveny/Amati" Denney
