No Rudolf or Frosty, but "You're a Mean Mr. Grinch" came out last year! There are a bunch of other Xmas titles there including Dave Werden's "Good Cheer Collection". These are all solid charts and you can download the first of the bunch by clicking on the sample .pdf button.

Kendor Music just released a version for Trombone 4tet and I am sure it could be adapted for Tuba Quartet rather easily. You can find it on my sister/brother/uncle/etc. site:
