what tuba is this kid playing?
I'm not very good at identifying tubas. Is this a king or a conn or something else? Can anyone help me out?
BTW, the kid [EDIT: highly respected professional] is pretty amazing!

That "kid" plays in the Bejing Symphony!

Alright! Alright! Yes. I get it! He's 60 years-old, has 3 grandkids, 5 Grammies, plays for Bejing Symphony, and used to change Roger Bobo's diapers, and convention floors are in an entire different architectural ballbark than high band room floors. Just wanted to know what kind of weird-*** tuba he was playing. That "kid" plays in the Bejing Symphony!

Thanks for the support, Owasso! I guess, based on the previous thread for this non-kid tuba genius, that this is some kind of Jinbao tuba. At first glance, I wondered if it wasn't an American tuba. I've got a King 2341 on back order and I really want to see it in action.trseaman wrote:Keep em' straight and on topic David and you'll get your answer!
