I use a Monette 97 on my Miraphonne 191 and love it. As far as I can tell, it is a "monettized" version of a Bach 18, but it plays substantially better than any 18 that I have ever tried. It provides a very rich sound. I have no idea how it would work on a Wilson Eb.
