Dave Zerkel beautifully performed the Rolf Wilhelm Concertino for Tuba & Band when he was still teaching at Illinois State U.

I think there are a couple of Alpine Tuba pieces , totally different to each other.....
1. Denzil Stephens www.sarniamusic.co.uk
2. Hertz Van Rental ( James Gourlay ) as played by Shaun Crowthwer and Brass in Concert around 1997 , I think the tune is used from Alpine Echoes ( cornet solo by Basil Winsor , one of the only solos to utilise the echo cornet) still a fantastic arrangment , good audience pleaser .

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the Ellerby Concerto has a band accompaniment as well, Pat Sheridan has a recording of it on Blazing Brass...

Barry McKimm - Concerto
Anthony Plog - 3 miniatures
Trygve Madsen - Introduksjon and Allegro

I also believe that Lasse Eerola of Finland has a (few) piece(s) for tuba w/ band. There are others, I am sure.

I was under the impression that the Fantasy was for solo tuba alone? I bought a copy several months ago and I've neither seen nor heard of an accompaniment, but if there is one, I'd love to hear about it.

I also have a work to add -- Clare Grundman's Tuba Rhapsody is a nice piece and not all that difficult.
