I need moral support...

I got the job of section leader earlier this week and also maintenence man so I decided to get back a sousa that had been at my firends house for about a year (section member). and I am almost in tears because this thing is almost destroyed. just look at the pictures and I think you will understand. I am eager to learn how to do quality repair jobs and not make this thing look like a 10 year old with a lead pipe attacked it.

Do not despair, grasshopper. The ugliest stuff is usually the easiest to fix. What I see there is mostly cosmetic.
