Since over here almost all band players read transposed parts, the main bulk of the stuff marketed locally will be the transposed BBb and Eb edtion (both B.C. and T.C.). The concert pitch version is marked "C" because it is aimed mainly at CC players over here, and to make a clear distinction between the different transposed editions.
Since the transposed editions aren't marketed abroad, the C edition is the only one you'll see.
