Looking for "Elegy" by Stevens

I'm looking for "Elegy for Solo Tuba" by John Stevens and if anybody has a copy they could send me, I would love you forever. I understand that this is a ITEA Gem Series composition and is published in the Volume 32 Fall edition of the ITEA Journal but I can't seem to find that journal.
