The badge-shaped plates suggest Bohland & Fuchs rather than Cerveny, who have tended to use diamond-shaped or rhomboid plates. Dan Schultz has a number of pictures of both manufacturers' horns from then or before - see attached. There's a lot similar between the F and that huge BBb he had.

I'll cast my vote for Bohland & Fuchs. Your horn has characteristics like the attachments points and braces very similar to a horn I had in the shop a few months back. I originally thought it was an Alex but popular opinion indicated B & F. It's the one on the left in the picture. The horn on the right is my Mirafone.
