My Boosey was cut shorter at the tuning slide rather than the rear branch to bring it up to tune A=440. Even still it is a bit ont he flat side. I would like to rebuild the main tuning slide and then perform the "Parker Cut" on the rear branch. So if anyone has a main tuning slide assembly for any of those English compensating Eb tubas, I would like to purchase it.
Or does anyone know where/if you can get parts for those horns anymore?
