Escaping Air

Work on underwater swimming. Try to keep the air in your lungs while you go for distance. After you master that then start blowing air out of your mouth only while swimming underwater.

Go see a doctor and check to see if this is not a physical problem. Let's hope it isn't but . . . see a physician!
