I'll be competing with The Bend in the River Brass band at 10:50 on Saturday morning. I don't plan to stick around very long in the afternoon... just long enough to check out some of the vendors. I'm driving over from Evansville, Indiana that morning and will probably head back around 3 in the afternoon. Got gigs Friday and Saturday nights. Can't spend much time in New Albany!

I really wish Chesapeake was attending this year. I think (and I might be wrong on this) that the plan is to attend again next year.
I wanted to get out there to soak it all in as a non-performer for my first time, but scheduling was not to be.
Best of luck to all of you guys who willbe laying it out for everyone to hear!

I'm coming to watch you guys again (and maybe even a few other bands, too).
Also, I'm deadly determined to make it to Marty Erickson and Brian Bowman's workshops, too. They should be fabulous.

Unfortunately, not this year. Competed with the Brass Band of the Western Reserve last year, but moved to central Missouri this past July.
There's a whole lot of miles to the next brass band (St. Louis or Kansas City), so I've been playing more bass trombone than euph of late.
Dang, I sure miss it.....

Not this time
Unfortunately a concert that was originally scheduled for the Saturday of the Big Snowstorm has been rescheduled for 3/29, with a dress the evening before. But I am sure you guys will get on just fine without me!

I'll be there competing with Columbus.
I'm going to try to get to both Marty Erickson and Brian Bowman's workshops...but am doing a solo and ensemble (tuba sextet), later and so can't make it to Matt Tropman's workshop.
Our practice is at IUSE right in the middle of the Georgia concert (8-9pm)...so sadly I won'be able to attend.
