Chinese EEb tubas?

I have noticed a particular model EEb 3+1 compensating tuba appearing recently on various websites, that for it's price, has to be of Chinese origin. It looks exactly the same horn in every photo, and is sold in the UK under the "Helios" brand, and one has appeared on Ebay Australia as a "Rhythm" model. They feature a 19" bell, lacquered finish, and come with a wheeled case. Has anybody had any experience with these cheap tubas?

I've not had experience with the models you mention, but Dalyan (China) does make an Eb tuba. Here's a link:
