Mouthpiece spec question

I have an older PT mpc. On the outside of the cup is stamped (in all caps) PERANTUCCI. Below that, on the curve of the bowl is the number 21. The profile of the mouthpiece resembles an older Miraphone mpc. Does anyone have an old PT mpc. chart that could get me some specs on this piece?

I am convinced that 90% of the problems with rhythm, tone, intonation, articulation, technique, and overall prowess on the horn are related to air issues.

The PT-34 is the equivalent to the old PT-21.
