You might try contacting the U of Miami music department. Since she was their tuba instructor for a long time, maybe they have more information as to how to contact her.

I don't have Connie's current contact information but I can point you in the right direction. Connie's currently living in North Carolina since her retirement from the University of Miami. At the 2002 ITEC in North Carolina, she did a session with Winston Morris about the development of the tuba ensemble. I'm pretty sure that Winston knows how to contact her.
