After a long recess Just For Brass is back and working. I have been in touch with Roger Webster (Alliance CEO) and he has promised me detailed measurements on his mouthpieces soon. We have a small stock of the entire tuba range in our webshop. We'll have more finishes available soon. Right now we have the following:

I do not have equipment to measure these to the mm as some repairmen do, but as soon as I get some measurements I will let you all know. For those at the ITEC - we had the entire selection available to play. If anyone feels compelled to comment (+/-) on their experiences with it - please feel free.

The line will be priced competitively at $99.95 for silver and $124.95 for gold. The gold price might go up on the next order because of rising gold prices, but that's where they are for now.

Just For Brass will probably be the official US importer for these mouthpieces in the future, and we realize that with a new company (and new mouthpieces) we need to institute a trial program. We will be doing this starting the 4th quarter of this year. More details to come, but JFB will be having a trial program available for our customers.

Pat, do you think there is anything special about the Alliance range of mouthpieces, compared say to Denis Wick, V Bach or Perantucci?
