Tribute to Gretchen

Hi everyone,

I just have gotten back from a vacation I had in Atlanta. It's been the first time back for me since I left over 2 years ago, and it was fantastic to see so many of my friends and to just relax. It was also very therapeutic for me to get away from Rochester and all that has gone on here for the past 4 months. I know that Gretchen was probably so sick and tired of hearing about Atlanta, and I was glad I got to show it to her in some fashion the last week.

While I was down there, my good friend and musician, Dr. Tom Gibson, asked me to talk about all that has transpired in my life in the past few months. I think that this was very therapeutic for me and I hope that this interview will be helpful to anyone else that maybe going through something similar to my experiences.
