MW-45S in Toronto? Legit?

Is anyone out there (any of the Canadian TubeNetters?) familiar with this specific tuba?

I've been in contact with the seller, but it's been a few days in between emails. He said he's selling it for his friend. Anyone know whose tuba this is? (Or is it legit? :roll: ??)
