:D at "horn culture." I wonder what that means. Hmmm...
  • several cats
  • a wide variety of lotions, perfumes/colognes, and moisturizers
  • an unhealthy obsession for the works of Ayn Rand
  • a very small, very economical car...preferably a hybrid
  • refusal to play with other brass players, preferring instead woodwind quintets
  • ability to "hear the grass grow"
Did I miss any?

Yes, a resemblance to (in appearance, personality, or both) Smithers- Mr. Burns' assistant on the Simpsons.
- routine pairings of $15,000 instruments with $15 players
And how.
- the more the valves, the more the wrong pitches come out the bell
This, accompanied by the claim that "horn is one of the most difficult instruments to play" along with an expected allowance for a certain number of clams per rehearsal/performance.

And the "worst" influence of all: watching young children giggle, then tug at their parents' coattails, then with a big smile drop a coin as you play "Frosty the Snowman" at the Christmas season when playing for a Salvation Army kettle.
