There is a readily available version with the solo part and a piano reduction of the accompaniment that you should be able to find in local stores. That might save a bit of time over transcribing it.

The orchestral and wind band accompaniments are available by rental only. Here is the U.S. office:

OUP does hint in the rental listing that there is a study score for sale (rather than for rent), but a search of their sheet music database indicates only the solo with the piano reduction available for sale.

Try a local college library. I am sure many of them will have it on hand.
