Looking for a piece of music.

Does anyone have any information about a piece called "Adagio and Allegro" by Ch. Bartsch It's published by - "Editions J. Maurer" Bruxelles - but I can't find an actual website for the publisher and can't find a dealer that carries it.

I bought this piece about 20 years ago from Robert King (who no longer has it in their catalog). Since then the top of the piece has been damaged and the piano score is missing. I'd like to buy another copy.

Any help would be appreciated.
