Information On Holton "The Chief"?

Anyone have some background information / history on Holton's "The Chief" sousaphones? I searched the archives and only found a reference by someone who mentioned that "The Maestro" loans him "The Chief" for parades. Was "The Chief" name and engraving only used on tubas? Only used on Raincatcher sousaphones? Does anyone have an old Holton catalogue that features "The Chief" model (scans...please) and the various options that were offered?
