Looka like I didn't do it right O thought those things that move the pic up and down was on all three,SORRY....bigbob

I can't tell for certain, BUT if someone said this was a Chinese stamped 186 clone (like the Shiller, M&M, etc) I would take them at their word. EXPERTS? What say you?

You did it right. To save space, the upload code puts the image in reduced size box. Click on the picture and they become full view.

To me, it looks to have the girth of a 188. Is it just me, or does the fifth valve slide look kind of short? That is, by comparison to the 188. Maybe it's the positioning of the horn when the pic was taken.

I think the pic of the 188 above has the older sharp 2+3 5th valve. That's why it looks longer.

I think the JZ tuba looks just like the other 186 clones. Maybe the second "8" in 188 is just a typo on the BBC website. :)
