Very little difference.

The 201 has the leadpipe soldered to the bell. The 202 has a couple of braces that stand the leadpipe away from the bell slightly. The only other difference that I know of is a minor change in the rotor linkage. The 202 may have an adjustable thumb-ring.... or maybe this was just a running manufacturing change.
