Cosma Concerto for wind band

Post by wooliteeuph »

does anyone know where i can find an arrangement of the cosma euphonium concerto with wind band accompaniment (if it exists). i've heard it done with brass band and with orchestra but i would like to perform the first movement with our wind ensemble. if anyone can help me that would be great.

It does exist for symphonic band...it's a rental from L.A.M. Larghetto music. I hear that it's over $400 to rent, though. Good luck!

Well for euphonium solos with band, you may check out some works by Curnow or Gillingham.

The band parts should be pretty easy to get a hold of here in the US (in particular, the midwest).

Chances are a couple of euphonium players on TubeNet might let you borrow them...
