YES, Arnold played Bydlo in two CSO recordings -- Kubelik and the Ozawa one you mention.

On the original LP release, the Ozawa "Pictures" is paired with the best reading of Brittens "Young Person's Guide" (without narration) that I have ever heard, the CSO brass have a hell of a good time with it.....
I assume this one is Mr. Jacobs also, anyone know for sure?

Yes, it is also Arnold on the Ozawa recording of "Young Person's Guide" which I bought on CD in Japan and I "think" is currently available in Japan on a 2 CD collection of Ozawa's recordings (along with "Pictures"). That recording of "Pictures' by the way is quite impressive.
