Hindemith tuba sonata

Post by TYA »

Hi I was wondering by any chance does anyone have the piano part to the Hindemith tuba sonata? I lost my originals and I only have a the tuba part now. If anyone can help me I would be really grateful. Thank you.

Finding the piano part for the Hindemith is easy. Finding a pianist willing to play that part is not easy.

Perhaps then you should be giving an idea of your location, maybe even in a seperate post and asking for help finding a pianist? Marty makes a good point that might be more pressing than finding the piano part. On the other hand, it might be that pianist have collectedly decided to hunt down and destroy all copies of said piano part....

Good luck, Rob

Years ago when I played it, I had 2 pianists... one for each hand.

And then our college accompanist, Nancy Buchard (?) (at Western Washington) sight read the bloody thing. One of the most amazing feats I've ever heard!
